Dani is an experienced special needs teacher. She is the director of creative mindsets and works there as a parent, behaviour and wellbeing consultant. Dani gained her counselling qualifications at Hills Road. She is passionate about supporting parents and schools to do better by young people and improve wellbeing for those struggling. She is also a Mamma- of which she’d describe as her best and hardest job.

Sharon is a mother to 4 children 2 boys and 2 girls, she has 14 grandchildren and is family orientated, she is also a director of creative mindsets and works there as a behaviour and wellbeing consultant. In her career as a teacher Sharon has held many roles form Mental health, Behaviour and Well-being lead to designated teacher for LAC. Sharon has worked frequently with behaviours that challenge and has been responsible for creating an innovative bespoke and highly motivating curriculum (now know as the Well-being Curriculum) for the hardest to reach reach young people.
